DIRECTIONS TO JMB SERVICES FROM THE MAIN A12 LONDON TO GT.YARMOUTH ROAD
APPROACH FROM THE SOUTH ~ LONDON A12 or M25
•Proceed North on A12 dual carriageway in the Colchester direction, after the
Witham bypass take the next exit Left at Rivenhall End by The Fox public house
(signpost also Silver End, Gt. Braxted and Five Lakes Golf Complex).
•A short distance to a T-junction turn Right, proceed under the A12 and continue
straight on this road passing over single lane bridge and on to the Gt. Braxted Wall (an obvious landmark which should stay on your Left for quite some distance).
•At the main cross road with the B1022 (Tiptree / Maldon Rd. an offset junction)
continue ahead over into Grove Farm Road a very narrow lane, again some
distance with sharp bends until reaching a T-junction with Tudwick Road, turn Left (signpost Tiptree).
•Continue on again through a series of bends before the road
turns sharp Left and opens out to a long straight with large houses on your Right,
at the end of the fourth house, (with a dovecote) there are metal gates which are the entrance to Tiptree Vineyard and JMB
Services.
•Alternative route avoiding narrow lane turn Left at B1022 (Tiptree / Maldon
Rd.) and continue north to Tiptree follow the Five Lakes signs, at the New Times Inn turn Right into Station Road.
•Continue to the cross road with the High Street and B1023 turn Right towards Tolleshunt Knights and Darcy.
•Tudwick Road is the first turning on the Right just past the Wilkins Jam factory.
APPROACH FROM THE NORTH ~ A12
•Exit A12 dual carriageway South onto the B1024 at Kelvedon / Feering (Five Lakes).
•Turn Left into the B1023 (signpost Tiptree) continue on to Tiptree.
•Straight on at
the double mini roundabout and on through the town center.
•Leaving the town Wilkins Jam factory will be on your Right and Tudwick Road is
the next turning on the Right.
•About one mile further on to your Left, are the metal gates which is the entrance to JMB Services.
