JMB V8 Rear Hub assembly's

Manufactured in-house on a nakamura CNC turning machine for road and race applications.
Manufactured from EN24 nickel chrome molybdenum steel heat treated to V condition to increase strength and durability in high stress applications.
These parts are lighter than standard and fit in to a standard bearing assembly whilst maintaing original wheel position.





 

JMB Custom Conrods

High duty conrods billet machined from EN24 material.
H Beam pattern for increased strength.
A re-designed big end cap to increase strength and durability fitted with ARP2000 bolts.






 

ROSS Pistons and TOTAL SEAL Rings

ROSS forged 3 grooved aluminium pistons supplied with TOTAL SEAL piston rings and 0.940" piston pins to allow honing of existing small end bush rather than replacing.







 

JMB Titanium Spring Retainers

These are made from Titanium 5 which is 40% lighter than standard steel retainers and 50% stronger.
These are then coated in Titanium Nitride (TiN) which gives a hard wearing low friction surface treatment to stop any wear and goreing associated with all Titanium parts.
Please Note: These parts are best suited to Fast Road and Race applications but can also be made to suit a wide variety of vehicles.





 

JMB Hi-Flow water pump impellers

These impellers have been designed to improve water flow at low engine speed (ie in traffic).
These impellers give upto 25% increased water flow.
Please Note: They do not offer any increase flow at higher rpm as this is not required.
These impellers are not available individualy - only as part of a reconditioned water pump.





 

JMB SS Castelated Brake Pistons

These are machined from Stainless Steel instead of the original alloy composite to reduce heat transferal from the discs to the fluid.
The castelated heads are designed to increase air flow within the piston to assist cooling of the brake fluid and reduce brake fade.






 

JMB Crankshaft Damper Pulley

The front crankshaft pulley on 6 cyl Aston Martins has for many years suffered failure on the keyway, the V pulley section and the holes securing the vibration damper. This is due to the original part being manufactured from cast iron, having an approximate tensile strength of only 11 t.s.i
To correct this situation we have manufactured these pulleys in-house from EN8 steel, which has a tensile strength of 45t.s.i. We have at the same time produced an aditional pulley with two grooves to accommodate air conditioning.
Thus eliminating the need for a secondary pulley which requires the crankshaft locking nut being further reduced in thickness.
In both cases our pulley's come complete with all fixings.
