JMB Stainless Steel brake pistons

JMB Stainless Steel (Girling type) brake pistons available in axle sets for DB4 through to V8.
EN58 Stainless Steel used to eliminate all corrosion problems associated with standard chrome plated pistons.

Ignition Lead Sets

Formula Power Hi-performance Ignition Leads are made up in sets with compatible end fittings complete to reconnect in original component locations for DB4 to AMV8 Three types of cable are available, Road, Rally and Race with the difference being colour, size and core construction.

Road : Green = 7mm cable, as original fit into chrome tube.
Race : Blue, Black, Red = 10 mm 4 core, modified clamping.
Rally : Black/Yellow text = 7mm, upgrade core, as original fit.


 

JMB Crank Oil Thrower Halves

Our new matched halves are manufactured from HE30 grade aluminium, fully CNC machined all over to completely neutralise and relieve all the material stresses.







 

JMB Oil gallery blanking plugs

These components are to replace corroded parts.
Whist these are machined to standard tolerences there are subtle differences from other parts such as the thread sealer pre-applied ready to be fitted.
These have been machined with the standard Square and Hexagon drives as original.






 

JMB Exhaust Stud Kit

Stud Kits for DB4/5/6/S models.
Each stud is made from high grade stainless steel with UNF/UNC threads and self colour finish.
High quality stainless steel spring washers are included along with brass location washers and long brass securing nuts.
All made to a high specification to eliminate the associated corrosion problem and allow easy removal during service related operations.



 

JMB Head Stud & Nut Kits

Special Head Studs for 6 cylinder & V8 Engines. Each stud is made from a nickle chrome molybdenium high grade steel EN24, relieved or waisted to facilitate engine expansion and original length return, rolled threads UNF/UNC and chemical black finish.
By rolling the threads, material is displaced rather than wasted. The grain structure is reformed in continuous unbroken lines following the thread contours. This increases tensional strength, shear strength and improves fatigue resistance.
Initially made to the above specification to rectify the serious problem of heads floating and associated leakage problem with the Lola Aston.
