We have an extensive engineering capability, including CNC machining centres, where the majority of our parts are manufactured to extremely high standards, all parts are fully inspected to attain appropriate approvals and often track tested for durability. As we expand our component manufacture and supply operation it will include all new development parts when each is proven. The production side will also be available for consultation and quotations to produce any parts to specification from drawings, with research and development a further option. A plant list is available on request. The main engine facility will incorporate computer technology.

Camshaft design and analysis on the Cam Doctor ranging from simple timing advice to full profile development. Valve spring analyser which processes spring rates, seat poundage and other variable information, all recorded with computed print-outs as part of each service.Other machine dedicated operations include Lead-free head conversions with correct heat & shrink procedures and gas flowing. Boring and Honing of all blocks through torque plates, standard sizes and upgrades, line boring main bearing tunnels and cam journals. Crankshaft grinding and balancing including clutch, flywheel, disc brakes and all other rotating components as required. Extensive specialst welding on all metals especially aluminium and cast iron, often reclaiming damaged or scrapped items.

Within the machine shop complex there is a full modern engineering inspection room with both conventional and electronic measuring, gauging, testing, scanning and crack detecting equipment, and a ancillary component repair and sub-assembly area. For maximum contamination protection, the main engine assembly is performed in a specific, sealable clean room. State of the art Dyno testing is in close proximity.As enthusiasts of the marque our dedicated team is acutely aware of all the problems arising from owning and maintaining an Aston, from the pitfalls of poor maintenance and neglect, to the desire for reliability and increased performance. We have therefore set out to address and eliminate as many problems as possible within the engineering side, also by being experienced, approachable, understanding and budget conscious, we are able to offer a versatile, high quality, comprehensive service.
